For what weapon? The answer for martial weapons is no (+5e is an inscription and +5AL is a suffix mod). Not sure about caster stuff, although I'm pretty sure they clash on staves.

Insightful blabla Staff of Defense. Nop, doesn't clash.. I also think you can have a Defensive Staff of Defense.. Lemme check that..

Edit: yeah you can. You have both a staff head and wrapping of defense.
